everywheredesign is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee outcomes.

Quando è possibile richiedere un rimborso

• L'articolo ricevuto non corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio
• L'articolo presenta difetti non dichiarati dal venditore
• L'articolo non è autentico (se dichiarato come originale)
• L'articolo è danneggiato durante il trasporto

Come richiedere un rimborso

• Contatta il venditore entro 48 ore dalla ricezione dell'articolo
• Documenta il problema con foto dettagliate
• Apri una contestazione tramite la piattaforma
• Il nostro team valuterà il caso e, se necessario, procederà con il rimborso

Esclusioni

• Non sono accettati resi per "cambio idea" o ripensamento
• Difetti o segni d'uso dichiarati nell'annuncio non danno diritto al rimborso
• Articoli modificati o danneggiati dall'acquirente dopo la ricezione

Tempistiche

I rimborsi vengono elaborati entro 14 giorni dalla conferma della contestazione. I tempi di accredito dipendono dal metodo di pagamento utilizzato.
